At RC Noventra, a brand of RAC Trade, your satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to providing a secure, discreet, and professional shopping experience on every order.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 45 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- Item is unused and unopened
- Item is in its original, undamaged packaging
- Item is in resalable condition
All opened wellness and herbal products are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for return under any circumstances. Return requests submitted after 45 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To receive a different item, please return your eligible order and place a new order through our store.
How to Request a Return
Contact our support team at support@rcnoventra.com within 45 days of delivery. Please include your order number, full name, and reason for return. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of damaged or incorrect orders. Approved returns are eligible for a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to the customer. Once your return request is approved, a prepaid return label will be sent to the email address associated with your order. Customers can download and print the label and attach it to their return package before mailing it back to us.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@rcnoventra.com with your order number and a photo if possible. We will resolve the issue promptly.
